It’s been a rough couple of days. My new eating habits have caused some unwanted challenges to my body. I have been sick wth some stomach issues and overall not feeling well. I haven’t been sleeping very well, getting up around 12-1 in the morning and staying away until early morning, just to have to wake up again in an hour or so for work. My weight is still going down. Total of about 19 pounds so far. I am happy with that, but the diet is proving challenging and I feel like I am not eating enough food. Hoping my stomach will settle down and I can start eating a little more.
